Our fleet
Six vehicle classes covering every kind of UK journey. Each is council-plated, fully insured Hire & Reward, MOT-current, and ULEZ-compliant.
Saloon
e.g. Toyota Prius / Skoda Octavia / Volkswagen Passat
Standard everyday rides — single passengers, couples, short business trips. Our most-booked class.
Estate
e.g. Skoda Superb Estate / Volvo V90
Airport runs with extra luggage, golf bags, ski equipment, families with check-in cases.
MPV — 6-seater
e.g. Volkswagen Sharan / Ford Galaxy / SEAT Alhambra
Family travel, small group nights out, business team transfers, hotel pickups.
MPV+ — 8-seater
e.g. Ford Tourneo / Mercedes Vito / Vauxhall Vivaro Combi
Larger groups, sports teams, weekend trips, weddings, multi-family airport transfers.
Executive
e.g. Mercedes E-Class / Mercedes S-Class / BMW 5 Series
Business travel, executive transport, hotel partners, weddings. Suited drivers, complimentary water, USB-C charging.
WAV — Wheelchair-accessible
e.g. Peugeot E-Rifter WAV / Volkswagen Caddy WAV
1 wheelchair occupant plus up to 4 ambulant passengers. Side- or rear-ramp loading. No surcharge on any tariff.

Notes for licensing officers and corporate compliance teams
- All vehicles hold a current PHV plate from [council/TfL] and a current MOT certificate.
- Insurance: Hire & Reward fleet policy with [insurer], certificate available on request.
- Inspection: every vehicle inspected twice annually by the licensing authority and additionally by our internal team between licensing inspections.
- Emissions: 100% of the fleet is ULEZ-compliant (Euro 6 diesel or post-2017 petrol), with a growing share of plug-in hybrid and full electric vehicles.
- Maximum age: vehicles are retired from the fleet at 9 years from first registration (or earlier if council policy requires).
- WAV vehicles: at least 10% of the active fleet at all times, in line with the Equality Act 2010 commitments to accessible service.
- CCTV: where mandated by the licensing council, in-cab CCTV is fitted, signage displayed, and footage retained per our privacy notice.
Capacity at booking
The exact passenger and luggage capacity for any booking is the figure shown for the vehicle class on your quote screen. If you have unusual luggage (golf clubs, surfboards, multiple large cases, child seats), tell us at booking and we will allocate a suitable vehicle.
