How do I get a fixed-price quote?
Enter your pickup and dropoff in the booking form on the home page or in the app. The fare you see is the fare you pay — no metered surprises. Add a stop or change the vehicle class and the quote updates instantly.
What if my driver is late?
You’ll see live driver location and ETA from the moment you book. If your booking misses the agreed pickup time by more than 10 minutes (15 for airports), we automatically credit £5 to your account.
How does account billing work?
We invoice monthly with a per-cost-centre breakdown. Payment by GoCardless direct debit or by 14/21/30-day net terms. You also get a Xero-ready CSV export every month. Read more about corporate accounts.
I left something in the car. What now?
Use the in-app lost-property form, or call us 24/7. We log every report and contact the driver within 30 minutes. Most items are returned within 24 hours. Lost property procedure.
Is Easy MiniCab licensed?
Yes. Easy MiniCab Ltd is a fully licensed UK private hire operator. Every driver holds a council-issued PHV badge with enhanced DBS. Every vehicle is plated, MOT-current, and covered by Hire & Reward insurance.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (saved in app), cash to the driver, or against a corporate account. VAT receipts are emailed automatically.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — free of charge up to 30 minutes before the pickup time (1 hour for airport pickups). Cancellations after that may incur a £5 charge to cover the driver’s journey.
Do you offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles?
Yes, on every tariff and at no surcharge. We recommend booking 24 hours ahead so we can confirm a WAV vehicle for you.
